I recently rented a unit. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The premises are secure and the units clean and ample.

I decided to look on line and can attest that all positive reviews of this place are on point. I met with Ms Heather Mann the facility manager and she explained everything in detail about the services they do provide. I made a reservation on line for today and upon arrival at the facility Ms Mann greeted me and diligently process my application. The facility is well kept, organized, and definitely provide class A Customer Service. Ms Mann is an asset to yours and any organization. If you are looking for a secure place to store your belongings look no further. This is the best place in the Melbourne/Viera area!

A month later I was in need for a second unit and Heather did not disappoint. She definitely can make it happen. Once again this is a professional run place that I would recommend over and over again. They are caring and truly would make you feel like family.

We didn't have any issues with this place at all. Very nice people when I went to sign up for unit. Very clean around the area. Easy access when you needed two and 24 hours. I don't know why everybody else was complaining but I had no issues with this place or the people that run it. They were also pressure washing to make sure that the area is always clean.

I have been using Viera Storage for almost 5 years. All of my interactions with the staff have been kind and courteous. They are by far the best storage facility I have used in Brevard County for over 30 years. It simply does not get any better!!!

First rate experience. Heather and the other young lady were both very patient and kind.
The units were very clean, and easily accessible. The rates were fantastic with their 3 month specials.
Viera Storage is one of the few companies actually making this relocation a whole lot easier.
